When I try to download items from the net such as add ones for windows media
I get the message " you are not authorised to view this page" (error 403)
I have also had FORBIDDEN "you do not have permission to access/download.
I have recently had a virus removed by an engineer, he put Zone Alarm onto
my PC which I did not have before, could this be causing my problems.

Hi Buddy. I like your Crickets.ZA can be disabled by right clicking the ZA
icon near the clock. However, error 403 is coming from the far end, not your
computer.
