what do these file extensions mean that are sometimes created after user
profiles ? Such as administrator.000 and sometimes administrator~00 ??? John |

They are usually temporary files, in the context that

That is just the progression of user profiles. For example if you have a computer in a domain ABC.com and log in as administrator you will have the administrator folder for that profile. Now join another domain and log in as administrator for the new domain again. You'll have an administrator folder from the last domain and a new administrator.000 for the new one.
