Can you blame them? Think what it must do to current sales levels if they
say, "Hey - buy our product. BTW, there's a new version being released in 3
weeks, just so you can buy our product TWICE! Isn't that great?"
Seriously, though, it is quite common for companies to be a bit closed-mouth
about future releases for other reasons. For instance, if they are adding
neat new features that no one else has thought of, why let the cat out of
the bag?

Overall, IMO, they have certainly been one of the best software producers
out there. Until my father passed away, that was one of his all-time
favorite programs.
