Where are you viewing these from?

What are you trying to install, if anything?

What is your operatings system?

Do you think you could include some pertinent
information, so that your post makes sense?

Hi could anyone tell me how to find out and adjust\remove software using com
pot1 or com port 2?
they are set up correctly but one thing that seems a little strange is that
on com one and two's settings under the genral tab it says "device type:com
& lpt , manufacturer :standard port types , but location UNKNOWN is this
normal?
i have tried to uninstall them and let windows reinstall them but still i
cant accsess 1&2....
please help
