Hi,
for some reason everytime I start my pc I'm getting a 'Blue-screen' saying
something about FAT32 which I know is something to do with the HDD file
system - it seems to be doing a system scan like we used to get on 95 & 98.
Anyone have any idea how to rectify this problem

cheers
clayton

You will not have the problem with NTFS which is more fault tolerant than
FAT32. You should consider using NTFS.

The exact error message is a bit of a clue to the problem ... a vague
reference to it says nothing that a guess couldn't deduce ..

This is MS's new approach to stability and security, Clayton. They
finally realized that if they write it to blue-screen right away, you
won't be getting yourself infected and you won't lose any data that
might be hosed if you were actually working when it blue-screened.
