Emergency repair disk question:

I have a dual boot System. (at the moment both are W2k - but may be
different systems later).

For the following programs, do I have to make a separate repair diskette for
each of the systems (ie. 2 sets of disks) or can I can I just make one set
of repair disks (from either system) and use that one set on both systems?:

1) Win2k Emergency Repair Disk
2) Ghost Standard Boot Disk
3) Partition Magic (

Thanks for any help.
