Can someone help me.

I recently started using Outlook 2000 to handle my email.

Somewhere - I flipped a switch that I didn't want to. Now everytime I press
the Send/Receive button for mail to come in, an annoying PopUP come up
that something like:

You have received email, would you like to read it now.
Then it makes me answer Yes or No before proceeding.

Can someone help and let me know what setting it is so I can turn it off.

Yes. Tools menu \ Options \ Email options
Untick 'Display a notification message when new mail arrives'
