Please help.

In Win XP I can copy to clipboard but I can't paste to Wordperfect 8,
Notepad or Wordpad but I can paste to WinWord 97.

Never seen or heard of this before. I have run sfc /scannow and no
joy.

Any suggestions or help appreciated.
