Recycle Bin Icon Missing

Using Windows 2000

Recycle Bin icon is missing from the desktop. Where can I go to get another
one for the desktop?

Install TweakUI and check the Recycle Bin icon
in the Desktop section.

Sometimes it gets dragged off the screen! Right mouse on the desktop
and select 'arrainge icons' ('by type'- my fav).
