Creating a newsgroup??

Does anybody know how I can create a new Newsgroup ? I want to start one up
for motorcycle enthousiasts in the Niagara Region. Anyone that can help,
please let me know.

Creating a newsgroup is simple. Getting news servers to carry the group is
the hard part.
