Is their a way to lock the Internet Explorer settings toolbar so that when
you try to change them they are all GREYED out so you cannot change it or
customize it. I used TWEAK XP PRO to grey out the INTERNET PROPERTIES
HOMEPAGE SETTINGS. I want to do it to the Internet Explorer address bar
and ICONS cannot be changed and so no adware can automatically add a SEARCH
BAR to Internet Explorer. TWEAK program does not do this I believe.
Locking the toolbars is no good cause anyone can fiddle with that. I am
looking for a program so that no one else who uses my computer can change my
toolbar settings.

Hugh
