Yep, video problem. reseat the video card, check monitor cable and
connection.

The beeps are bios error codes

Look up the error codes for the bios for your computer.

You can also get the same code -- and no video -- if the keyboard is not
plugged in properly, on many systems.

OK, this is stating the obvious, I hope, but, switch the computer off
before yanking around with its innards, like reseating the video card... or
you might get some lumiere to match the son...
