I was installing Norton Systemworks 2004 Pro on my computer. I got to the
end of the installation and was supplying some personal information when
clicking on the 'next' button no longer resulted in the next page being
loaded. There was no 'back' button available either. Since then I've found
that the problem may be related to javacript.

I click on links on websites and a comment is displayed in the bottome left
of Windows Explorer
which reads "javascript:void(0)". I'm not sure why. Anything that seems to
be using javascript is no longer working. I've removed the Norton
Systemworks 2004 Pro from my system but the problem remains. In Internet
Explorer (IE6) I've gone to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Restore
Defaults. I've gone to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level,
Medium, Reset. No use so far.

Any helpers out there?
