I just set up an additional e-mail address for my wife and noticed that when
she opens Outlook she has to click on send/receive to retrieve her e-mail.
When I log on and open Outlook, I can read my e-mail without having to click
on send/recieve.
What must I do so that my wife's e-mail works like mine?

Under Tools / Options in Outlook, go to the Mail Setup tab and click the
send/receive button. The settings are pretty self explanatory.
