Trojan or not?

When I first loaded Trojan Guarder, it labelled igfxtray.exe &
hkcmd.exe files as trojans. Both files are in the system32 folder.
There's a lot of pages on the web that mention the files, but none
label them as Trojan files.
Does anyone know if they are or aren't?

Get rid of Trojan Guarder, and invest in a decent
antivirus / antitrojan.
