Anyone in this area getting intermmitent speed issues? My speeds are all
over the place , ranging from 3Mbs down to almost zero over the period
of a second or so (I monitor a 50MB file download).

FWIW, it took Comcast 6 weeks to find the cause for my not being able to
see the speed upgrade (1.5 to 3.0 Mbs). Turned out to be a headend
router issue affecting 12,000 homes in the area.

Comcast now says the intermmitent speeds are due to the current
virus/worm situation.
