When I try to run defrag in WinXP home I get the following message

Microsoft Management Console
MMC cannot open the file
C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM32\dfrg,msc.
This may be because the file
does not exist, is not an
MMC console, or was created
by a later version of MMC.
This may also be because you do not
have sufficient access rights to the file.

How do I fix this problem

Start> Run
Type sfc /scannow
Follow the prompts from there.

Also, Run Windows Update and apply all critical updates and patches.
