Burning Business Card CDs ?

I'm using Xp with Nero 5.5.8.0 and attempting to burn new business card size
CDs with no luck; NERO spits it out asking for a CD ?

Is there anything I can do in setup, etc to facilitate business card CDs ?

Yes use Roxio.
