Hi,

Got a really weird problem. Up until a few months ago, when I would be
surfing online and right-clicked on a JPG or GIF picture, it would
disply the "Save as type" drop-down window with whatever type of image
it was correctly identified and highlighted, and allow me to save the
pic as that image type.

Just recently however, doing this will only let me save a picture as a
BMP - I click in the little drop-down wondow and the only option it
will allow is BMP - wether it's a GIF or a JPG, even when
right-clicking and looking at "properties" shows the correct file
extension.

Is this something to do with IE6 settings I might have changed, or
with servers cracking down on right-click-&-savers? Even the pics on
my own websites will only save as BMPs while surfing - that can't be
right, can it? Help!!

I wish my wife would hold down my control key, but I'm not married.
