Every time I run Spy Bot, I have to re install KaZaZ.

What other programs depend on spy wre to run properly?

Read the EULA of the adware/spyware you are using.

That's because Kazaa is built on spyware.
Use Kazaa to search for klitekpp243e.exe.
Save it and uninstall Kazaa.
Run Spybot and remove the suggested entries.
Then run the setup for klitekpp243e.exe.
This is a cleaned up version of Kazaa and it contains no spyware.

Kazaa is dependant on Cydoor, I believe. It isn't that bad of a parasite
(relatively speaking), so it may be ok for you to leave it on there.
