Technically, a binary is anything that is not plain text.
If you were to post a short message and include a text file attachment, that
is considered a binary also.
html or "rich text" is also considered binary.

Binary groups are not limited to "alt" but all newer ones MUST be placed in
"alt" or it won't get carried.
"Multimedia" is another form of binary which generally refers to movies and
such.

Text also is of a binary value- either a logic 1 or 0. bla bla blacksheep
