Update for Windows Rights Management client 1.0

Hi

Im running XP Pro and have tried to install this update about 10 or 11 times
over the last week or two but every time I go back to Windows Update it
tells me I need to install it again. Any ideas why this wont install? Do I
really need this update anyway?
