Ctrl+F3 to bring up the headers. Look for the name of the image.
In the message rules, use the one that says, "where the body of the message
contains....".
Add the short name of the image, not the entire url.
Then "delete it from server".

1. Save your unfiltered spam in a folder named "Spam not caught" to
find out how to attack it.

2. What percent of the spam messages are NOT addressed To: you or
addressed To: you and other people? Mine is 78.66% and yours is
probably high.

3. What % of the spam is from a foreign address and ends in a country
code like de, fi, de,fr, ch, se, ng, etc? Mine is 10.00%

If your numbers are near to mine, write message rules. If you need
help then get back

Ctrl+F3 brings up not only the headers, but the entire raw message body.
Not being a user of OE you wouldn't know that.

Wasn't aware you lived in the cincinnati are until now or had forgotten
that.
