John Make sure you have a bootable floppy ready. Everytime I have run
into the"imminent hd failure" the system didn't last much longer. If it
is still running I would try to "clone" the C drive over to your slave
D. If the C drive does die on you pull it out of the machine and make a
master out of your current D. and make the partition active so it will
be a bootable drive. Wish ya luck
