Try looking here and make sure you select the language you natively:
speak:http://www.google.com.au/advanced_group_search?hl=en

You can save messages downloaded to your newsreader, print them, or in the
case of Google advanced groups search you can select the text you want,
copy it and paste it into a text document to savour later.
