Outlook express 6.0: problems unresloved microsoft/compaq

Dear sir:

I have outlook express 6.0 and windows me - I have an isp provider DSL 9
(sbc) but I use tanother provider rcn for my small business email. Using the
username and password I was able to use everythin ok until last week the
outlook express 6.0 FROZE. could not do anything. so I called microsoft and
they suggested I cpnatct compaq ( my computer) and they said that I had to
uninstall out look express and reinstall from microsoft site - I could not
find it at all. so now I cannot use out look express atall as I uninstalled
it. I had Microsoft outlook 2000 and instaled it temporarily but I do not
like it much. How do I go about (1) Reinstalling out look express 6.0 ( I
have the compaq restore disc) (2) uninstall Microsoft 2000 outlook and (3)
star getting my old email prgram working normally. This has been 2 weeks snd
frankly I am fedup withe the cutomer support from microsoft, compaq and
software support. No wonder the "hi tech" companies are going down the
tubes! Sell and then have POOR help ! This is just a rip Can anyone help me
