The icons on my tool bar keep disappearing every time I open Outlook
Express, Very 6 / Win XP home, when I un-tick the tool bar options & re-tick
this solves this problem temporary, any help would be very much
appreciated.

once you have set the options as you want them, try holding CTRL when you
log off, this is supposed to force windows to save settings

i should probably point out that i have never got this to work, but is worth
trying
