A few weeks ago I asked how to eliminate the double comments appearing on my
icons when my cursor passed over them. Got wonderful tips, but forgot to
tell you folks I am running Windows XP. So nothing worked, but I did mess
around and find the answer and thought I would post it here in case it helps
any other newbie out and so it might be one less question you pros have to
deal with.

Anyway all you have to do is right click on the icon, go to properties and
then to the shortcut tab. Go to the comments window and backspace until it
is all blank. Hit apply and close the winddow. Poof no more double or
lengthy descriptions. A minor thing but just something I wanted to get rid
of. Thanks again for all your help guys/gals.
