Ive just done some message rules in O\Express under mail rules.I ticked
where subject line contains specific words and added them one at a time,
and also ticked where the message body contains specific words and added
one at a time.
Then i ticked \delete it\\and stop proccessing more rules i okayed it and
applied it.
I then sent an e-mail to myself with a prohibited word in the subject line
and then another in the message body but they both
were recieved into my inbox intead of my deleted items folder

where have I gone wrong??

It sounds like your created a rule to include words in the
subject line AND the body, but only sent tests with
the words in one OR the other. Either make separate
rules for the subject and body, or change "and where
the message body..." to "OR where the message body..."
