I'm having a problem that roadrunner doesn't seem to be able to solve.
I can't email a certain friend's address. I get emails from her, but can't send to her, nor can I reply....
I don't have this problem with any other address.
Whenever I try to send to her address, it comes back to me saying "user unknown"
She doesn't know why either...She can send to me with no problem...
All mine are returned...It's not because it's mis typed, because I've re entered the address. ..No matter what I do, it comes back to me.
I can send to her address from my hotmail, but not outlook express. It's the only one that comes back to me..

Any help???
