IE6/OE6

How do I prevent OE from saving newsgroup listings that I have searched?
IE: This trip to 24hr NG will be saved in the OE file folder. I would like
to prevent it being saved along with any other such file visited in OE. I
know what you are thinking but that's not the reason.
