It's a tool provided by the scam-works MyAffiliateFinder, used by
spammers, that does not work.
The main intent is redirect spam complaints to the very people that
are responsible for, and profit by it.
Again; it does not work. If you spam, you will be reported to your
Service Provider; not the people that provide spam programs.
