Outlook 5.5 newsgroups only show 2 days of posts

Help

I have a new computer running Win ME and have loaded settings in Outlook
(V5.5) as normal but.....

All my newsgroups now only show 2 days worth of posts. The only setting I
can find is the one that says how long before deletion this is curretnly on
14 days???

Can anyone help???
