Hi. Please help. I have the following problem:

When I listen to sounds and things on the net either through real
player or windows media player the voice is so quiet. I am trying to
listen to speeches by various people and they are soo quiet. When I
turn up the speaker volume there is just a load buzzing and the voices
are no louder.


I have tried all the standard volume controls in windows but to no
avail. The weird thing is that other sounds, mp3s, windows routine
dings and things, play fine, and soo loud when I accidentally leave
the speakers on max.

Why is this and what can I do.
