Uninstalling win 2000 and keeping the old win me

I guess I did not explain myself. I installed win 2000 as a dual boot by
keeping the old win me installation. I have programs and data under the old
win me installation. I know I should have done an upgrade instead. How do I
get rid of the win 200 and do and upgrade to win me with win 2000. Help
