Can anyone outhere assist me on this....I have Norton Internet security
antivirus...I think this may be contributing to my problem......MY PROBLEM
IS.....I CAN OPEN ALL OTHER SITES except WHEN I TRY TO SIGN ON BANKING ON
LINE...I got messages such "There was no response, this server could down or
not responding"etc................. & The page cannot be
displayed...etc...////Thanx..................D.O.

Click on HELP then ABOUT in internet explorer and see if the cipher
strength is 128 bit. If it isn't you need to update internet explorer to
128 bit encryption.
