Hi

I would like to know if there are existing XML standards for data
exchange between laboratories and trading companies. For example when
a a trader buy COAL, there are some analysis done to measure different
physical values, such as size, calorific values, etc.
Buyer and seller rely on labs to sample the products.
Do you know if there are existing XML standards which are applicable
to this type of process.
The reason for this is to avoid re-inventing the wheel when automating
the process.

I had a look at OASIS but didn't find anything yet.
Any links or direction will be appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

Best Regards
Bruno Georges
