by Michael H. Kay
Be sure to order the 2nd edition;
(or wait for XSLT 2.0 Programmers Ref to be released...)

Why not stick with Kay's book (it really is the best reference book) and
supplement it with some Web tutorials:

http://www.w3schools.com/xsl/default.asp
