Local DNS with global access

i have a server running DNS with 2 website.

What i want to do it, when i click on "Redirect Me" link on site one, i
want it to go to the site 2

is this possible ?

I can not place <a href=http://blah...> since it searches for the url
globally and of course not known.

please help
