Hi there,

We are a group of web-developers how are interested in outsources jobs
from all around the world. We are interested in a package based work
costing $100 and anything in excess of the amount is your profit. The
hosting for the projects has to be provided by the customer or we can
arrange that at extra service charge. So, the logic here is you give us
the job and we do it for you at $100, we don't care what you charge
your customer. So, anything in excess of $100 is your profit. Now here
is the package
-

1] Maximum 15 pages.
2] 1 Dyanamic Page in php. [Ex: Contact Us Page]
3] Free Search Engine Submission.
4] Duration of the project is 7 days.

A site built on the above package may have a sitemap looking like this
-

- Home
- Services
- Career
- About Us
- Contact Us

So, if you are interested feel free to mail us at -
http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/(E-Mail Removed)

Hope to be in touch.

Thanking,

Faisal Ahmed.

I can't help thinking the stuff you do for that will be of dubious
quality.

But every one knows you find the best webdesigners in usenet selling 15
page websites for $100!

Don't be such a sceptic!

Oh ye of little faith ..... what do you want from him? A url to his
portfolio or something?

Can't you just take his word for it?

(Still, as a spammer^HHHHHHHHH somebody on another NG was offering work
for about $2/hour, I'm not sure that it's really going to be that
competitive ......)

Don't be childish.

For 100 bucks, all of these sites look like good value to me.

There's nothing wrong with it _as_code_, but as a portfolio it's bad.

I don't care if your portfolio site works or not - it's your site, not
my problem if it doesn't. All I care about for your portfolio is what it
tells me about your skills as a developer. Now what this code tells me
is that you're someone who knocks out sloppy code by default. Maybe in
this case it doesn't matter, but what happens if you do similar things
to _my_ site ? When I could have a good site, or I could have your
site, which am I likely to pick?

You're advertising your services as being _cheap_, not as being _good_.
Now that's a reasonable strategy - it works for McDonalds after all.
However it's a funny way to sell things to other web developers.
