Default printing css

is there any way to tell the browser not to display the title and the
uri with a css file for printing? When I try a print preview the top
line always shows the title and the uri, but I don't want them to show up.

If you go to the "Page Setup" under the "File" menu you should be able
to tell your browser not to print anything for the header or footer.
