.... you just cant win with ethical SEO. ive tried for many years - i dont
think its spam if it provides a textual description - in fact i think it may
encourage visitors who may prefer a search description you can actually read

i bet that if i was to replace the "free delivery" text with this and move
it to align with the logo you'd have no problem.

Why do you insist on top-posting?
You've posted to this NG for quite some time now. Surely you've caught on to
the fact that top-posting sucks and is very unwelcome in this NG

My guess is that he's used to the more relaxed rules at ADG...

We focus on contents, not netiquette...

/Tomas - a serious top-poster

I LOVE top posting....I don't want to have to wade through a conversation
I've already read.

So don't bother to quote "what you've already read". The worst part
about top-posting is the trailing junk that doesn't get snipped.

open the front cover and begin reading there?
the back cover and end up at the front or do you
chapter one or do you start somewhere near
When reading a book, do you start at

Lack of trimming compounds the problem. TOFU.
Text Oben Fullquote Unten (German)
Text Over, Fullquote Under

OT, and not usually with books, but for some strange reason I frequently
read magazine and newspaper articles back to front (at the paragraph
level). Something about wanting to get straight to the conclusion, then
wondering how the writer got to that conclusion and working backwards
from there.

But, of course, I can enjoy this in the privacy of my own "office",
where it won't disturb anyone else.

Oh, good, blame the competition! Nice save.

I don't see how they're mutually exclusive. Isn't this trimmed,
quote-fixed reply so much more simple to read?

With regard to Mark's statement - Even if you can't win with ethical SEO,
you certainly can lose with unethical SEO. I'd rather risk winning than
risk losing, my own self here.

A little selfish to those trying to read an archive. Or did you forget
Usenet's not a chatroom?
