IE Plugin for experimenting with DHTML?

Hello

I am looking for an IE plugin, similar to HTMLBAR, that allows me to
view all window's elements (including all dynamically created /
manipulated).

Anyone knows if such plugin exists?

p.s: if this is not appropriate NG, please forward me to most
appropriate one.
