And they probably find people to fill these jobs
I know a few web designers who would take a minimum wage job because they
went to some school, learned web design and now want to use those skills....
BUT, they've already done all the websites they can for friends and family
members and don't know how to find jobs leads or advertise their services
other than slap together a portfolio page.
As long as there are web designers who don't realise that web design is 80%
sales and only 20% design, there will be people willing to take these jobs
