orks fine for me... I am using IE6.0 that is a mozila compatable browser. When you set the colum width set it in percent rather then in pixels.. that will alow it to be a bit more forgiving. The presense of "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;" in the Internet Explorer User-Agent header has nothing to do with being compatible with Mozilla. It's a leftover from when sites used to filter browsers besides Netscape.
