I want to use the NOWRAP element for TD
This is not valid in strict html documents (it works for transitional!)

Can I put this in my style sheet, something like

TD.nowrap {
nowrap: true;
}

or how does this work ?

whatever{white-space:nowrap;}

browser support varies.
