I think it's Opera. I tested it (Opera 7.11) taking out your DTD and just
used the "regular" DTD, and it still did it. I removed the stylesheet, and
it still did it. I removed the Body onload, and it still did it. I even
rearranged/added some the label elements, and it still did it.

Really strange. It works fine if you tab into the fields, but not if you
try to type directly into them.

Have you submitted a bug report to Opera (opera.page-display) ?
