Imp

I am tryin to make a .net web application in the visual studio.net 2003 ,but
everytime i make a new project for a web application it gives me an error to
start the web sever.
I have installed the IIS on my Xp .....so do i need to start this
manually.if yes then how??????Plz let me know asap.
