Does anybody use the public UDDI registries?

I was experimenting with JAXR using the public UDDI registry:
http://uddi.microsoft.com/inquire. When I try to search by organization
I get now results. I also tried the jaxr-query example that comes with
jwsdp-2.0, but couldn't get more than 6 results for an empty %%
organization query. Is it because no one is using the Universal
Business Registry?
