LQS java libriries

Hello. I am looking for someone to set up our LQS(loop qualification
system that checks Bellsouth numbers for DSL. The java libraries are
already completed by Bellsouth. We just need to implement them.

Please let me know if you know where I can get this help and have
someone set it up.
